Early Morning Milk & Its Benefits
Milk is an excellent source of packed nutrients and calcium contained liquid. When we hear the name milk, we all imagine cows, goats, and some other mammals that give us milk. Everyone loves to have dairy products, and some love to have it even before brushing, and many people never wake up without a cup of tea or coffee. This is because we are all addicted to fresh white and tasty milk and its products.
But are we drinking fresh milk?
